Default POP ?

Unable to send mail via this system.It keeps telling me my POP is wrong.How do i get my POP and other info so that i can enter it correctly.J.P

You're asking in the wrong place, I'm afraid - this group is for the
Access database. "POP" is a method of retrieving email using a special
program rather than a web page. Not all service providers support POP
(most free ones don't these days). Looks like you're using Windows Mail
on a Vista box. You'd need to check with your email service provider to
know what settings to enter into Windows mail (that's if they do support
POP).
