Default change the value of a combo box

I would like to change the value on a combo box
I am using:
Form_fmain!fmainp.pstatus.Value = "Design/Rev"

The "Deisgn/Rev" is one of the choices.

What I am doing wrong?

Thank you all

The column that displays the value "Design/Rev", is that the column that the
field is bound to? Check BoundColumn property.
