Default High Importance Beep

I'm using Outlook 2007 with Windows XP and messages sent to me with high
importance are generating a very loud, annoying triple beep. If I follow
the help screens regarding turning off sounds in the Options menu, I am able
to turn on or off or change the nice polite sound which announces the arrival
of all other emails, but even if I turn that off, it will not prevent high
importance messages from generating the loud annoying beeping sound. How
can I disable the high-importance beep?

Do you have a rule that plays a sound when a message arrives that is marked
high importance?

No, I don't have such a rule.
