IN ACCESS ERROR 3001 HOW TO RESOLVE
How big is your mdb file? Using OLE Embedding or Linking is extremely inefficient with compressed images such as JPEG - there can be an overhead of up to 200 *times* the original file size. Access has a file size limit of 2 GB, and when you get close to this limit you can experience various errors, including the one you mention. If this is the problem then you should either switch to raw binary storage, which has no storage overhead, or use external image files. -- __________________________________________________ _____ DBPix 2.0: Add pictures to Access, Easily & Efficiently http://www.ammara.com/dbpix/access.html "=?Utf-8?B?SnVsZXM=?=" wrote: trying to OLE photos into Access field up til recently no problem suddenly now refuses to accept stating Error 3001 Invalid Argument Tried help within programme still not resolved please advise |
