Default mail merge "script"

I have created an MSAccess database with around 2500 records. Each record
contains approximately 50 fields. Not every field in a record has data. I
have created a "script" using some nested IF statements to accomplish the
output.in Word Each record is expected to be from three to five lines long.
The final document is expected to be printed on 8-1/2 x 11 paper.

When I merge my document, each record is printed on a separate page. How do
I print the records one after the other until each page is full?

Thank you for the help.

Hi Louise,

Use a Directory/Catalog merge.
