Default Moving an Office 2007 US version to a Spanish computer

Hi:

I live in Spain and I own a retail US version of Office 2007 Ultimate. My
computer is getting too unstable, so I plan to buy a new one real soon.

I have read that you can simply reactivate your license in the new computer
via telephone if the online method fails, but since I own this US version...
Would I have to call the US? Could I get a Spanish customer support number
somewhere to ask?

Thanks!

The only difference in versions is the language, the US version is simply an
English language version as used in any English speaking Country
If it gives the option to phone activate, it should I believe give you the
Spanish #
