Default Office 2003 continually re-installs itself in "Limited" account

I have WinXP Home.

I have installed Office 2003 on my Laptop. Word 2003 works fine in my
account (administrator).

I then changed to my daughter's account (limited). Each time I click the
Word icon on the desktop, I get a small window with the message:

"Please wait while Windows configures MS Windows 2003 Professional Edition."

Eventually Word is launched and works OK. However, if I minimize or exit
from Word, I can see that there is a small dialog box behind the window,
containing the same message as above. The installation procedure is carried
out again, and eventually Word is launched.

I tried a reboot. Same results.

I changed my daughter's account temporarily to Administrator. This time
there were no problems.

I change my daughter's account back to Limited. The problem re-occurs. Each
time I click the Word icon, the re-installation procedure occurs.

Please advise.
