Default Don't allow certain people to view worksheets

How can I make it so different worksheets in a workbook can only be accessed
by certain people. Can you set security where somebody can't even SEE the
information unelss you know the password?

I don't think you can.

Excel's security isn't that difficult to break or avoid. If you have data that
shouldn't be seen by others, don't share it (or don't share it in excel).
