Cannot install Office 2003 on Windows 7
Have installed Windows 7 beta- running well. Attempted to install Office 2003
and after setup files are copied to hard drive I repeatedly have error box stating "windows installer has stopped working" . This despite tweaking compatibility settings on all executable files, including setup files that are copied to hard drive. I had no problem running 2003 on Vista. Is there a fix for this or should I go for Office 2007 (assuming that will install). Thanks! |

You are running a beta version, you should expect issues, try posting to the
beta group I doubt there are many here running the win beta, particularly on a production PC "Anzacthedog" wrote in message ... Have installed Windows 7 beta- running well.
