Default Installing Office without the MS Signature Line

Would like to install Office 2007 without the MS Signature Line provider
since we have purchased and are using another signature provider. Is that
possible with the Office install package. I looked through the details and
options and didn't see the Signature system specifically indicated as an
option. If there is a way, even if we need to remove it after the fact, that
would still be acceptable. Thanks for your assistance.
