Default how do i rotate text so it is upside down?

how do i rotate text so it is upside down? I am trying to make a booklet for
our product and I need to fold it so it makes eight pages each is
4.25"(width) X 5.5"(height).

Default how do i rotate text so it is upside down?

Click on the rotate icon on the toolbar and click twice on rotate left or
rotate right. You can also enter an arbitrary value (180) in the
measurements toolbar.
