Reverting from 2007 to XP
I am running Outlook 2007 and I created a new data file using the
97-2002 format. I then imported the 2007 pst formated personal file folders into the new data file. I dragged the subfolders under the Inbox and was warned that I would loose the unicode formatting. I assume ANSI formatting would be used. I was successful in importing this file into Outlook XP, but the inbox did not include any of the subfolders. Are there dbx files stored somewhere on the Vista machine and/or how do I get the subfolders to appear under the inbox? |

dbx files are for Outlookexpress and has nothing to do with Outlook. You said you imported your pst files. . Why did you use import?

I imported the pst file into 2007 to move from unicode to ANSI format. I opened that file in Office XP and found that the subfolders are missing. wrote in ooglegroups.com...
