keeping multiple email accounts separate
I have 3 email accounts through cox.net and when I am setting them up in
outlook 2003 sp3 I receive email from all of them on one screen. How can I keep these separate? I do not mind logging in and out of each account. -- rbe |

keeping multiple email accounts separate
Seperate Outlook Profiles configured with an individual mail account (This
assumes the accounts are unique) You would have to close Outlook and then reopen with one of the other Profiles Or create folders and create rules to move msgs to an appropriate folder. Or upgrade to 2007 which can be configured with seperate default folders for each mail account "rbe" wrote in message ...
