Default Microsoft Office 2003 Setup

I am running Windows XP and trying to install Microsoft
office 2003. The following error comes up.

Error 1317: setup cannot create the folder C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\MEDIA\CAGCAT10\1033. Verify that
the path exists in your system and that you have
sufficient permissions to update it.

I open this file through C drive and the file is corrupt
I cannot delete it.
