Default I seem to be unable to make and print Avery 8386 postcards

I have Office 2007 and the new ribbons in the Mailing tab have confused me,
though I have not done this method before. First time to try postcards.

I need a method for dummies to build, print Avery 8386 postcards with return
and recipients addresses on one side and a short text on the other.

Thank you.

David
