Default [Help] export Visio 2002 documents

Hi all!
For my thesis work I have to draw some block diagrams which have to be put
in a Word document.
My problem is that, when I try to insert Visio 2002 documents directly, I
cannot rotate them; if I try to export from Visio to a graphic format I am
not able to obtain a horizontal picture, no matter what output format and
what page settings I use. So the output file is never dimensioned as I would
like. Moreover, if I import it in Word, it appears out of focus. Can anybody
help me?
Thak you all
Fred

Once you have your block diagram finished, do Control A (select all) and go to Shape and group the whole diagram. Then just rotate it (not the text rotation tool), copy and Paste Special as a picture into your Word document. That way the size is still scaleable to fit in your document. If the picture is too small to be easily readable then split your visio page into two first and paste each grouping on a separate page. You can easily ungroup your diagram again if you want to change anything.

Hope this helps and that I understood what you were trying to do. Good luck.
