what version of outlook? does it have an email address?

where don't you see it? it needs to be in public folder favorites to show up
in the navigation bar (outlook 2003/2007)

Hey, sorry, outlook 2003

My shared calender is under public favorites, but if i want to make a
appointment in my own calender, i can invite other persons, but not that
calender. Nothing is shown under public folders.

you mean not shown in the address book? that's because it doesn't have an
email address - you'll need to ask the admin to email-enable it.
