Hello, after creating a hyperlink either in a cell or
object, I get this formula path (Screen display) when i
point to it. How can I hide it? thank you

Experiment with this (It's a setting in windows, not in Excel):

Right-click on any empty space in *windows desktop* choose Properties
Select Appearance tab* click "Item" dropdown menu choose "Tooltip"
Choose and apply the font color (just to the right of the "Font:" box)
to *match* that of the fill color (just to the right of the "Item:" box)

The font will then become "invisible" in the hyperlinks in Excel

But note that this is also the default setting for comment boxes as well,
so you won't be able to see the text inside comment boxes created
unless you change the font color for individual comment boxes
to that of a "non-matching" color

*If in WinXP, click "Advanced" at the Appearance tab (an additional step)

Clarification ..

The font will then become "invisible"
in the hyperlinks in Excel

should read:

The font will then become "invisible"
in the hyperlinks' tooltip* in Excel

*the box which appears with the filepath
when you point at the hyperlink
