need password
OE is requesting a password to access my e-mail account. I'm the only user
of this computer, and was never given the password. The person who set up the computer is not available. Can you help? I have important e-mails that were sent to me that I can not access! Thanks! |

You need to contact your Internet Provider and find out what the password was, or get a new password assigned. |

If you can't access OE, wouldn't it be kind of hard to access the email from
the provider? "Pop`" wrote in message ... An e-mail account has to have a password, the first one usually assigned by your ISP. You'll have to talk to the ISP to correct it if you don't have a record of it anywhere. If you have any welcome emails from the ISP, check those & see if the username and password are there. Pop |
