Default Security Update for Outlook Express released 11 May 2010

In the 'old' days just about any download of any sort needed a restart. The
way I look at it is that I am grateful that I do not need to reboot after
every update or download of any sort, MS or otherwise.

E.g. normal updates for AVG don't need a restart, but if there is a version
change it does, IIRC.

By which you mean anyone dumb enough to believe the pointless and
misleading pop up information provided by MS.
MS clearly does not assume anything of the sort or it would not need any
pop ups at all.

Seems I'm dealing with trolls after all.
