Default Visio 2007 operations

I'm operating on MS windows XP prof. Ver. 2002 sp2.
With that info will I have any issues with the new install of Visio 2007.
I wanted to upgrade my PC to 2007, because I have Visio 2007 does not
justify cost of MS upgrade if it works.
Can someone give me some insite please.
In advance, thank you.
