I have a user who sends emails on behalf of an extra mailbox she has open in
outlook. However, these sent items are (by default) saved to her mailbox's sent items. How can I get any ones sent on behalf of this mailbox, saved in the extra mailbox's sent items folder? |

The question is, how do I create a rule that only moves items sent from the
secondary mail account? There doesn't seem to be any obvious way to do this within outlook. Manual drag and drop seems the best if you can see the other person's folders. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
