I have a user who sends emails on behalf of an extra mailbox she has open in
outlook.
However, these sent items are (by default) saved to her mailbox's sent items.
How can I get any ones sent on behalf of this mailbox, saved in the extra
mailbox's sent items folder?

With a rule, probably.

The question is, how do I create a rule that only moves items sent from the
secondary mail account? There doesn't seem to be any obvious way to do this
within outlook.

Oh. Right. I see the problem. Manual drag and drop seems the best if you
can see the other person's folders.
