I purchased this product and my computer asks me what the product code is.
When I type in the code it says it is not valid. Everyone in the house agrees
that I am typing in the correct code. Any ideas?

Are you sure you are not using the code from the operating system that
may be on the computer or the packaging that came with it vs the code that
came with the packaging the program came in?

Are you sure you're entering the product key (on an orange coloured
label) not some other product code from the box?

Just making sure...
