Default Office Update Error Message

In trying to update Office XP 2003, Office tells me to put in the CD. As in the past, I put in the CD. However, I get message that something is wrong. The same message comes up when I try to use the Visio disk to update that program. I have two separate CD drives and both have been working fine. Where do I go from here?

Default Office Update Error Message

Hi, Marie,

You'll want to post the exact error message that you get when you say
"something is wrong". Also, you'll want to list what version of Office you
have (XP or 2003), and what version of Visio, on what operating system.
