IP address sorting in excel

I am looking to sort IP address's in excel not being the
best excel user is ther an easy way to do this? the
format fot those of you who might not be familar it is a
range of numbers from 192.168.3.1-192.168.3.254 . I would
lik for it to give me the address in a numericle order.
Any suggestions?
