Default I want to lock in a templete so information cant be overridden

I have a word document that includes tables. I would like to lock those
tables in with the original text and the original size, so that when i cut
and paste information into the fields it won't automatically resize the field
to fit text. Does anyone have any ideas how to lock ALL aspects of the form
that is being created.
Thanks for any and all help tips

What are those fields you are talking about?
Where are they?

What Word version?
