Default Opening up messages and switching from address to address

When I switch from my address to my spouse's address, her messages are
listed, but cannot be displayed. Sometimes the "hour glass" will be
displayed on her page and nothing happens until I activate the inbox and the
messages get listed, but cannot open. Then, when I go back to my address, my
messages are listed, but cannot open. Getting out and re-entering OE cures
the problem for that session. Getting a little aggravating.

Go to File | Identities and set up a new Identity. Then see points 2 and 3
he www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx After that, set up your accounts again
and then see if that works okay. If so, then you can import the messages
from the older identity.
