Default Music STILL will not play! Help! I have little time left!

I have tried everything to make the music play in my powerpoint presentation.
I have created a large file with many photos and several pieces of music. I
have both wav and mp3 files. I have put the allowable size for sound files
up to 50,000. I placed all my sound and photo files into the same folder. I
deleted the old audio files and downloaded them fresh again and put them back
in the presentation, but still nothing.

I am using the same computer I started with. It all played at first, but
has stopped. I feel like I'm going nuts - because it was almost ready to
finish when the sound stopped. I've spent hours and hours trying to figure
out why and I am going to miss a very important deadline. Can anyone tell me
what's wrong?? Please???! thank you!!

You have posted this question to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups title refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for the PowerPoint program you
are using.
I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version number in
your message. It might make a difference.
