Outlook 2003 problem
When attempting a mail merge in MS Word from MS Outlook I can not get the
field “spouses name” to auto fill with the “first name”. Here’s what I’m finding. While in Word’s mail merge, add the address block. Specify the address elements, choose “Joshua & Cynthia”. Click match fields, Spouse first name. No matching category in the drop down. I’ve spent a couple of hours trying to find the solution… Please Help!! -- Ron Warren |

Outlook 2003 problem
Why would you not ask in Word's mail merge group? This is a Word issue.
There I suspect they will tell you immediately that you would never use the address block in a mail merge. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "realestateGuru" wrote in message ...
