Default Close header button

I am in a footer and the "Close Header and Footer" button is not illuminated
and will not work.

If you can't get the "Close Header and Footer" button to work, press the
escape key and it will close the head and footer.

Default Close header button

Hi Miriam, you can always double click down below the header, in the body of
the document even though the body is "greyed" out. This will also close the
header.
