setting relative path for linked tables?
I have a database that has linked tables to another
database. I have an absolute path set right now, but will be distrubuting to customers. Can the linked tables be set with a relative path so it doesn't matter where they install the database? Thanks. Michele Stephenson |

No they can't, but you can provide the necessary code/form for them to relink to the new backend location. Details/sample available at www.mvps.org/access in the tables section. -- Joan Wild Microsoft Access MVP |
