Publisher 2007

I have created hyperlinks to different document types on my original
Publisher file and transferred all these documents to the remote site using
FTP
The links work fine when i check them on the local site but not hwne i
preview or check my site on the web. I am not sure which file i should
tranfer all these linked docs to on my remote site. Can you help?
