Default Accidentally blocked sender how do I take off block

i have blocked myself and am now trying unsuccessfully to collect an email
which i sent to myself to be opened on another computer. How can I get myself
back??

Default Accidentally blocked sender how do I take off block

If you are using Outlook, while a Word newsgroup is not the right place for
this question, but from the Actions menu, select Junk E-mail and then Junk
E-mail Options and go to the Blocked Senders tab and select and remove
yourself and then click on Apply. Just clicking on OK is not enough.

Or, in Outlook Express, Tools | Message Rules | Blocked Senders List: select
a sender and click Remove, then OK.
