Default how I can save file on CD

I type a file on mu computerbut I want save on blank cd to carry with me.
My questions is how is the procedure to save from my computer to Blank CD

Default how I can save file on CD

Save to the hard drive from within Word. From within Windows (not Word) copy
from the hard drive to the CD Rom. (This may require your CD burning
software or be built into Windows, depending on your version of Windows.)
