Activating Office Ultimate 2007

I have a desktop computer and a laptop. I recently purchased Office Ultimate
2007 from the ultimatesteal website. It is a retail copy and I should be
allowed to install it on a desktop and a laptop. I had no problems with
installing and activating Ultimate over my Office 2003 professional on my
desktop. I presently have a trial version of Office 2007 Professional on my
laptop and it will not let me convert using the Ultimate 2007 product key.
What do I need to do to get it install and activated on my laptop? It is
already activated on my desktop. Appreciate any assistance.

Check the terms of the license. If it says desktop AND laptop, then there
should not be a problem installing on both.

However, keys are tied to specific versions. I would not expect the Ultimate
key to work on the trial Professional version. I would uninstall the trial
version of Professional, and then install Ultimate on the laptop.
