Default How do I change a calendar series without losing information?

Howdy,
I keep my student schedules and notes in Outlook 2003.
I sometimes need to change the series information (new students, etc), but
always seem to lose my prior notes whenever I do...
Can anyone suggest a workaround for this?

Thanks.

What do you mean my "series information"?

but always seem to lose my prior notes whenever I do...
Can anyone suggest a workaround for this?

Can you describe in more detail exactly what you mean?

Sorry Brian, not a lot of detail there...

I am trying to find a way to edit my own notes templates within a calendar
series without wiping out prior weeks notes.

I use Outlook 2003 and have my Students schedules and their class notes set
as recurring appointments.

When I try to change the series (opening the series, rather than the
ocurrence) by editing the information in the notes (student names, templates
for entering text information...), the series is changed, but my previous
notes (entered by editing the occurrance weekly) disappear...

I thought I was being really clever with my wonderful new template and
applied it to 20 classes and later went to look at previous lessons and found
that they were still in the original 'series template' and were otherwise
blank

Thanks for replying... I'd really appreciate any insights you might have.

Thanks.
