Default "Global" change Pivot Value field settings

Other than a macro, is there a simple way to change the value field settings
for an entire pivot table at once? I want to flip the report from sum to
average to count across all 40 Value columns - it's a little laborious a
column at a time.

Default "Global" change Pivot Value field settings

There's no setting that you can change manually, to use a different
summary function in all the data fields.

If you can use macros, there's a data field reset command in the pivot
table add-in he
