12 month rolling report by date
I have went through some of the threads but haven't been able to satisfy my
needs. I need to create a report that is a 12 month rolling report. The data from the report is based off of what date has been entered on the form(start & end dates). On my report I will then get data starting w/ the date that I entered. So if I enter in 06/01/06 - 05/31/07 my data would look like this: Item Desc Jun July Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May Total I have created a crosstab query that produces the desired data. However I need to implement that into my unbound report. I don't know where I should put the date criteria and exactly what I need to put. I've dealt with date ranges several times but never w/ a crosstab query. I wasn't sure if it would be slightly different. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance Kim P. -- Message posted via AccessMonster.com http://www.accessmonster.com/Uwe/For...ports/200708/1 |

12 month rolling report by date
On my website (www.rogersaccesslibrary.com), is a small Access database
sample called "CrosstabReport.mdb" which illustrates how to do this. It might not work exactly for your situation, but the process should be much the same. -- --Roger Carlson MS Access MVP Access Database Samples: www.rogersaccesslibrary.com Want answers to your Access questions in your Email?
