Outlook Express 6 Crashes After Sending Email to Multiple Receiptents
Hi, my brother's Outlook Express 6/XP Home crashes after sending email to
multiple receiptents. I believe the system, including Outlook Express 6, has been patched w/ the latest patches. Any idea what can be done to fix this problem and what is causing it? Thasnks, Mike |

Outlook Express 6 Crashes After Sending Email to Multiple Receiptents
Is he getting an error message?
If he sends to a single recipient does that work OK? Off hand, I can't think of anything that would cause OE to crash when sending to multiple recipients. Although his ISP might well reject the message for excessive recipients. Might that be what you mean by "Crash"? If the ISP rejects the message, it will stay in the Outbox and OE will try to send it again next time. In that case you need to go to the Outbox folder and delete the problem message in order to send and receive other messages. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Mike" wrote in message news:s5ZFg.3313$hP6.1980@trnddc04... I'll check when he returns. I believe it will send the message. Will check. Sending to single receptent doesn't generate error message. It sends singler reciptent message ok. Mike |
