Is there any way to convert Page Maker 6.5 files to Publisher 2002 files?

No there is not. You can either:

1. Export the text as an *.rtf file
2. Copy and Paste from PageMaker to Publisher 2002
3. Export each page as an EPS file and insert into Publisher 2002
4. Drag and Drop from the PageMaker window to the Publisher 2002 window
5. Recreate the publications manually in Publisher 2002.
