Default PeoplePC & Outlook

Has anyone experienced a problem setting up an e-mail account using PeoplePC
as their ISP provider? I have a connection to the server, it finds the
outgoing and incoming but cannot log onto the server or send a test message.
PeoplePC - no help. Thanks!

Yes. I have been able to use this ISP with Outlook Express and they gave me
the POP3 address and SMTP address which I put in.

It is Outlook with Office XP. Where do I check the settings and turn on
logging?

Have you included in the account the username and password they also gave
you?

I noticed in another posting that someone had a similar problem and found it
was the Norton Anti-virus which I have - I'm going to take off the e-mail
scan and see if that helps.
