How can I send an email in Outlook as a delegate without "On Beha.
How can I send an email in Outlook as a delegate without "On Behalf Of"
appearing to the reciever of the email? We have a "dummy" email address at our company for receiving resumes, and when I reply to applicants, it goes out as "From: my name my email address On Behalf Of Resumes." I don't want people have my email address - that's why we have the "Resumes" email ID. Thanks! |

are you using exchange server? if not, create a second account and send from
it. if you use exchange, there are things you can do, depending on the server set up and admin. "tom649" wrote in message ... I also have that problem. I want to be able to send out messages that are 'from...' , and I want the receiver to not know who I am. If the receiver knows who I am and can reply directly to me it defeats the purpose of having a central inbox. The purpose being that all incoming goes to the same place! So far all the techs Ive talked to say my request is impossible but thats ridiculous. It was fine the way it was in Exch 5.5! dlw - your answer wasnt very clear.
