I keep getting "One Instance of setup is already running please wa

I used a transform to install the other apps in Office 2003 Pro, Visio, One
Note and the ORK. However , I keep getting " One instance of setup is
already running, please wait until it finishes t hen start this one again" or
some such error. How do I get the setup to wait until each app is done and
go to the next one.
