Default Implementing a database from a Visio database diagram

Hello,

Is there a "reverse-reverse engineering" option to implement a Visio
database diagram in SQL server tables? Saving the Diagram as an SQL script
would be ideal.
It seems like such a waste of time to do a diagram in Visio and then have to
redo everything in SQL server.

Actually Visio 2003 Pro supports reverse engineering. You only need EA for
forward engineering.
