get rid of drop down boxes in excel 2007
We have a spreadsheet that we sorted some of the inner rows. But now there
are drop down boxes on the first row of the data. How do we get rid of these boxes?? They don't show on the print prieview, but we don't want them to show at all. Thanks for any light you can shed on this---I KNOW one of you can help! |

Settings - --- imput message ---- error alert this should have a box in bottom left hand corner that says Clear All -- grizz "Bons" wrote: Thanks for getting back to me so quickly----but that doesn't seem to work---i clicked on a drop down and went up to data on the bar and found the validation---but there was a "clear validation circle"---that didnt work---could not find a "clear all" ---am i having a senior blonde moment here???? get rid of drop down boxes in excel 2007
Hi Bons,
It sounds like you have put a filter on your worksheet. Go to HomeEditingSort&Filter and select "Filter". This should remove the filter from your worksheet. Also the keyboard shortcut is ALT-D-F-F. rzink If this is helpful, please click "Yes" "Bons" wrote: We have a spreadsheet that we sorted some of the inner rows.
