Default Percentage Calculation

Hi Guys,
I've got a Form which contains four bound fields set for numeric data
(only the numbers 0,1,2,or 3 will be entered). I'd like to create a fifth
unbound field which would calculate the sum of the four bound fields and give
the answer as a percentage of 12 (the highest possible total of the bound
fields)

Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks a lot,
Jen

Default Percentage Calculation

= Format((NZ([Field1])+NZ([Field2])+NZ([Field3])+NZ([Field4]))/12,
"Percent")
