Default Report failing to run

I have a fairly detailed report that depends greatly on which default printer
the user has set. If the user sets the printer to the wrong printer the
report refuses to run. Is there a way to edit the report so that it will not
be effected by which printer the user uses? I checked the report and the
printer and the printer is capable of printing in the margins the report has
set, but the only thing I can see that is different with this printer as
oppsoed to the others on the network is that the driver is a PS style rather
then a PCL style.
