Opening MS office files
am unable to edit or open an existing office file. error
message when trying to open file is as follows: "the file cannot be opened because your virus scanner has detected a problem with the file". However, virus indicates no problem. anybody came across that problem? Thanks |

Could be the source of your problem:
If you are using Norton AV, disable the Office plug-in under miscellaneous.
