Default Problem connecting to data source on network drive

Hi,

For a client of us, I created a template in Word 2007.
This is a main mailmerge document that connects to a data source on the
network.
The data source is a CSV file.
I connected to the data source manually from within the template and
that worked OK.
The second time I opened the template I got the message that a SQL
command was being executed on the (appropriate) file, so it looked as
if the connection was made.
But once inside the main document, there was no connection and I had to
connect manually again.
My client doesn't want to do this (and I think it should not be
necessary).
Has anybody got a clue what causes this behavior and how I can fix it?
I read a post (from april 2009) with almost the same problem, but I
couldn't find out if the solution has been posted too.
Thanks in advance!

Default Problem connecting to data source on network drive

See the following Knowledge Base article:

"Opening This Will Run the Following SQL Command" Message When You Open a
Word Document - 825765 at:

http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=825765

If you click No when that message appears, the data source will be detached
from the main document.

Hope this helps.

This problem is solved.
For those of you who have the same issue: after I added the path to the
data source as a trusted location in the Internet Explorer, the
connection could be established without a problem.
One more issue left, but I'll ask your help about that in a different
post.
Grtz.
