Default Import data into EXISTING Excel Spreadsheet

Good Afternoon. I hope someone can help me with this. I working on a
project for a client in which they have an existing Excel XP Spreadsheet
that has about 8 fields with about 700 rows of data. I have another user
that is storing data into a Access XP database, and I want this data to be
able to export and populate the existing fields on the Excel spreadsheet.
How do I do this? There has got to be a way to do this without writing VB
code. I am a Network admin, not a programmer so I need help with this one!!

Thanks,
Wes H
